Click the 'Sign in' button in the menu on this website and log in to your school or company with your student number/personnel account and your chosen password. Click 'My transactions' for a detail of your transactions.

How do I pay with my Ping.Ping card?

Swipe your student or personnel card over the RFID reader to start the payment session. After the session, you will be billed immediately.

How do I load my Ping.Ping card?

With your Bancontact/Mister Cash card at the PinPoint machine - If your school or company has a PinPoint, you can load your card via Bancontact/Mister Cash. The loaded amount is immediately available. Online via www.pingping.be - Log in, select your school or company and create a password. Click 'Top up'. With cash at the CashPoint - If your school or company has a CashPoint, you can load your card with cash. The amount is immediately available.

I want to request a Ping.Ping card!

You can contact your school or company - they will handle the card request.

I lost my Ping.Ping card, what now?

Accepted Answer

Deactivate your card immediately. Go to www.pingping.be and log in to your school or company, click 'Block card' and follow the steps. A deactivated card cannot be reactivated for security reasons. Contact your school or company to get a new card.
