Click on the 'register' button in the menu on this website and log in to your respective school or company with your student number / staff account number and your chosen password. Click on "My transactions" for a detail of your transactions.
To pay with your Ping.Ping card, you pull your student or staff card over the RFID reader to start the payment session. Payment will be made immediately after the session.
With your Bancontact-MisterCash card at the PinPoint machine
If a PinPoint is provided in your school or company, you can top up your card via this machine via Bancontact / Mister Cash. The charged money is immediately available on your Ping.Ping account, without administration costs.
Online via www.pingping.be
You log on to www.pingping.be, select your school or company and you create a password. Surf to the site and then click on the "Forgot password" button and enter your student number / staff number. You will receive an email with a unique link to create your password. Then go back to the website and log in with your student number / staff account and your chosen password. Click on the "Upgrade" button.
With cash at the CashPoint
If a CashPoint is provided in your school or in your company, you can top up your card with cash via this machine. The money is immediately available on your Ping.Ping account, without administration costs.
That is possible, you can go to your school or company, they will be responsible for applying the card.
Deactivate your card immediately if your card is lost so that nobody can make any payments with your card.
Go to www.pingping.be and log in to your school or company, click on the "block card" button and follow the further steps.
A deactivated card can NOT be reactivated for security reasons. In this case you must have a new student card (with a new number) created at the secretariat of your school or company. This will be activated automatically for your account.
